Refund policy
Note that many of our parts are custom and / or special order. Therefore, lead times vary widely from different manufacturers and suppliers. In some cases, a 3-4 week delivery can be typical for special order and / or supplier backordered parts. We make no guarantees of shipping or delivery times. However, we do everything possible to ship orders complete and as quickly as possible.
Cancellations
We allow 1 business day to contact us for order cancellations. Note that an order cannot be canceled by leaving a voicemail or sending an email. If our suppliers have already shipped, we may not be able to cancel your order. In these instances, the customer will be subject to our return policy.
Returns
Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, there are no refunds or exchanges after the 7 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. No authorized return will be processed without an RMA#. Customer is responsible for all costs associated with packaging and return shipping.
All parts, custom orders, and supercharger kits will be assessed a 30% restocking fee to all authorized returnable items. Some exclusions apply, see below.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. All takeoff parts, such as superchargers, injectors, etc, cannot be returned.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, send us an email at westmiautotech@yahoo.com for further instructions. Items returned for an exchange will ship to:

Shipping
Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
West Michigan Automotive Technology LLC. does not know the particular purpose for which the goods will be used, and buyer is not relying on West Michigan Automotive Technology LLC. skill or judgment to select or furnish suitable goods. There is no warranty that the goods sold under the Purchase contract shall be fit for a particular purpose. THERE IS NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OF THE GOODS SOLD UNDER THE PURCHASE CONTRACT AND N0 WARRANTY THAT MAY BE SAID TO ARISE FROM A COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

West Michigan Automotive Technology, LLC. does not warrant: (1) goods designed for off-road use; (2) goods considered racing parts; (3) goods which have been modified or altered In any way; (4) goods which West Michigan Automotive Technology, LLC. in its sole discretion, determines to have been subjected to misuse, neglect, accident, Improper Installation or adjustment, dirt, or other contaminants, water corrosion, other adverse conditions, or faulty repair; (5) goods used in a way other than as recommended by West Michigan Automotive Technology, LLC.; (6) goods not manufactured by West Michigan Automotive Technology, LLC., (7) electrical parts; (8) special orders; (9) engine performance parts; (10) installed or used Items.
LIMITATION OF REMEDIES. THE PRECEDING LIMITED WARRANTY SECTION DESCRIBES THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AVAILABLE TO BUYER FOR ALLEGED BREACH OR NEGLIGENCE BY West Michigan Automotive Technology, LLC. Buyer shall not in any event be entitled to reimbursement or compensation for loss of use, Inconvenience, installation or removal costs, damage to vehicles, emotional distress, lost profits, shipping, labor costs, or any other claimed consequential or incidental damages, or other losses or damages of any kind whatsoever, whether caused by West Michigan Automotive Technology LLC., own negligence or otherwise.
INDEMNITY. Buyer shall Indemnify West Michigan Automotive Technology, LLC., against, and hold West Michigan Automotive Technology, LLC., harmless from: any and all claims, actions, suits, costs, and attorney's fees, arising out of, connected with, or resulting from a West Michigan Automotive Technology, LLC., product while In buyer's possession or subject to Buyer's control including, without limitation, claims arising out of manufacture, selection, delivery, possession, use, operation, malfunction, or return of any West Michigan Automotive Technology, LLC., product, including claims alleged to arise out of or result from West Michigan Automotive Technology, LLC., own negligence.
